What does a center membership include?
Each mentor gets the full 12-week training, built on MSA’s LEAP framework, and can earn the annual MSA Certified Mentor credential. Mentors, their mentees and your director each get their own tools: weekly reflections, classroom observations with the Quality Interaction Framework, the director dashboard and the coaching call library. How many mentees can each mentor have?
Each mentor works with one mentee at a time, with unlimited mentees over the membership.
Can we get a center membership without joining the research?
Yes. A center membership gives your mentors full training and your program full access, with no research requirements, and you can start at any time.
Is there a free option?
The free research trial begins January 2027 for licensed, privately owned US programs with at least 2 classrooms serving children 2½ and older.
